This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit otterdev.me. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell anything, and analytics only run if you say yes.
Who we are
otterdev is a small web studio based in Montenegro. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Analytics (only with consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful - in aggregate and anonymized. Until you accept, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage disabled.
- Messages you send us. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, and details you provide so we can reply. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards it to our inbox.
We do not collect special-category data, and we don't run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Cookies
We use as few cookies as possible, in two groups:
- Strictly necessary. A single cookie remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. Always on.
- Analytics. Set by Google Analytics only after you opt in, to measure usage. You can decline these and the site works exactly the same.

- Web3Forms - delivers contact-form submissions to our email. They process the message only to pass it along.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' standard retention. You can ask us to delete your message data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw analytics consent (via the button above). Just email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
