otterdev is a small web studio in Montenegro. We design and build websites and web apps by hand - carefully, and only a few at a time. No templates, no filler, no work we wouldn't put our name on.

How We Work
Every project starts with a proper conversation - what you need, who it's for, and what "done" actually looks like. We'd rather ask a few more questions up front than guess and rebuild later.
From there we work in small, visible steps. You see designs early and often, and the build happens in pieces you can follow - never one big reveal at the end that's too late to change.
When it's time to launch, we handle the testing, the deployment, and the handoff, so going live feels calm instead of nerve-racking. And we're around afterward when you need us - no disappearing act.
Where We Work
We're based in Montenegro and work with people here and well beyond it. Most of a project happens over email and the occasional call, so where you are matters far less than what you're building.
